Sex Offender Fails To Register, Caledonia Police Say
Man faces a felony after he failed to register as a sex offender, say Caledonia Police.
A 32-year-old sex offender is accused of moving into Caledonia with his girlfriend and not reporting his new address to authorities.
Robert M. Schuster Jr. was charged in Racine County Circuit Court Friday with one count of sex offender registry violation. If convicted, he faces up to three years in prison and $10,000 in fines.

Schuster’s last verified address was 7509 Pheasant Trail Road, Racine, but on Sept. 21, Caledonia police officers were called to a home in the 3400 block of Elderberry Road and found Schuster was now living there.
Schuster and his girlfriend were interviewed and said they had moved into the new residence near the end of September.

Shuster was assigned $1,000 bail while awaiting trial.
