Woman Punched And Pulled Out Of The Car By Boyfriend

A night of drinking ends in violence after a man accuses his girlfriend of cheating and now faces domestic abuse charges.

A 36-year-old Caledonia man is facing charges of domestic abuse for allegedly punching his girlfriend in the face.

According a report by the Caledonia Police Department, the man also dragged her out of his truck by her hair at 11:24 p.m. Sunday in the 3500 block of Highway H.

The woman told police that her boyfriend had accused her of cheating on her and that the two had been drinking at a bar. As they were driving home, he punched her in the mouth and pulled her out of the truck by her hair. He then threw her belongings outside.

When police went to his door to talk to him, he refused to answer the door. Police are recommending disorderly conduct-domestic abuse and battery charges to the Racine County District Attorney’s Office.
