Caledonia Man Arrested For Drunk Driving While Taking His Girlfriend To The Hospital

The man drove so erratically that he shook the police cars.

A Caledonia man was arrested for speeding, illegally passing a stopped car in Caledonia and for drunk driving by the Racine County Sheriff’s Department at 1:51 a.m. Friday, July 15.

A woman was sleeping with her two sons when the owner of the house, Troy Muniz, 47, of Caledonia, came home to 6911 Beechnut Drive, kicked the door open to the room and told her to get out of the room. Muniz and the woman were in a relationship, but she is in the process of moving. Muniz threw another woman, Bridget Seitz, on to the bed naked with the boys still sleeping. Seitz is Muniz’s new girlfriend.

The woman who is moving out called 911 after telling Muniz that Seitz looked like she was dying, and that she was suffering from a drug overdose.

Muniz then picked up Seitz and left in a car.

According to police, an officer was writing a speeding ticket for an unrelated traffic stop when they heard a rescue call for 6911 Beechnut Drive. Shortly after Muniz drove past in a black Mercedes-Benz, passing the officer close enough to “cause both vehicles to rock with the sudden movement of air” because of his speed, according to a police report.
