Caledonia Couple Alleges Racine Unified Didn't Do Enough To Stop Bullying

School District changed their bullying policy in January.

A Caledonia couple filed a lawsuit against the for not doing enough to stop their son from being bullied.

According to an article by the Racine Journal Times, Charles and Stephanie Hardy also named Mark Zanin, principal at , former superintendent, Jim Shaw, and the school district's insurance, Liberty Mutual in the lawsuit.

They allege that their son, Sean, was harrassed, bullied, and physically and verbally abused. Stacy Tapp, communications director for the school district, declined to comment, according to the story.
