Get Out: Where You will Watch the Packer Game?

We've got the inside scoop on where the best places are.

It’s almost here—the Big Enchilada of professional football, THE game, aka the Super Bowl. There’s pageantry, fireworks, music, celebrities, tons of clever and not-so-clever TV commercials. And, oh yes, a football game between the Green Bay Packers and the Pittsburgh Steelers!

If you can’t make it to Cowboys Stadium in person, the next best thing is joining fun-loving football fans right here in Caledonia. So, don your green and gold (or black and gold if you must), get your cheer on and head to one of these football hot spots. Kickoff is at 5:30 p.m. Sunday.

  • Topper’s, 4507 Douglas Ave. will have a free food buffet, drink specials and free shots with every Packers touchdown. Arrive early—a full house is expected!
  • Joey’s on Douglas, 6337 Douglas Ave. Free food at halftime and happy hour prices.
  • The Depot, 11901 County Highway G will have the Big Game on three TVs, free food, drink specials and free Packers touchdown shots.
  • In Franksville, Cabbage Heads, 3311 County Highway H, kitchen closes at 4 p.m. but the owners will put out a free taco bar and build your own baked potato bar. Game specials include $3 pitchers and a bucket of five beers for $10.
  • At the northwest corner of the village, Dead End Saloon, 8619 E. Frontage Rd., will offer a free buffet during the game and free shots for Packers touchdowns.
