HALO campaign kickoff concert

Don't miss a great concert with some of Racine's top young talent - Mike and Antonio, Mia Pinero, Sam Harris, Luke Patterson and Shoot the Moon.

Proceeds benefit the Homeless Assistance Leadership Organization (HALO) endowment.  Tickets are $10 adults; $5 anyone under 18.
